RETURN POLICY:
Order policy: Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be canceled. our original & return shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee. Returns are only accepted up to 30 days of receiving your order. Returns are only accepted in new/unused condition unless the product received was damaged/defective or materially different from the order description. In all other cases the original and return shipping charges are also borne by buyer. A restocking fee of 25% may also be applicable. To return an item you must contact us within 30 days. Once we provide the RMA number you must return the item along with the RMA number within 3 days. We do not accept returns after 30 days. If the package is refused or returned without our issuing of an RMA or without the RMA # on it, restocking fee will be applied. We will be unable to refund your cost of the original shipping if you decide that you do not want the order after it has already been submitted. Please note: We do not issue prepaid return labels. All returns must be in their original carton with all packing material intact. All returns must be sent shipping charges prepaid with tracking information by the customer and insured. If you do not contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item to let us know about shipping damage, we will not be able to refund you. 2)If you find any shortage quantity, save the carton and packaging material and we should be informed within one business day of receiving the item. Well, they're OK, but not great. They arrived in a box with other stuff, and the canvases do not even have any cardboard to protect them, so there were small dents in the fabric. They are wrapped in thin cellophane, but even so, I saw some off-color smudging at the edges. They're not stapled incredibly well, but they're OK--it just would have been nicer for them to start out a little more taut.They claim to be doubled primed, but....I don't know. They're certainly not very smooth. I suppose I could have primed, sanded, and then primed again on top of everything, but I had to do a quick project, and didnt have a lot of time for nonsense.On the plus side, they *are* affordable, so as long as you're not painting the Mona Lisa, you might be able to get away with this quality.

Great product. Also, the little wooden tabs that come with it, if you were confused like I was when first receiving it, are to stretch the canvas even more

I normally buy US Art Supply canvasses, but I saw these and wanted to try them out because the others can be pretty expensive. I ordered eight 9x12s and two 8x10s. The 9x12s were fine, but on the 8x10s there were a couple of imperfections. One had a small snag on the front near the edge, hardly noticeable unless you're staring at it and will probably be covered up just fine once I paint on it. The other canvas had a rip in the corner on the back where it was stapled.If you're on a tight budget and just need something cheap to practice on, these are fine. These are also great for kids to get messy on. But if you're looking for top notch quality, don't expect much from these.

I got this delievered and thought everything was fine. I didnt open it for a few days. When I did, I discovered one of the canvases had a rip in the center!It was covered perfectly by the sticker on the outside of the package. (I tried to put it back on for a photo to show how it arrived). There was NO damage to the outside packaging. So I can't help but feel like they put the sticker over the rip in order to have it go unnoticed for however long they could.So disappointed! It was a 2 pack, the other one seems to be fine! But I was hoping to to get a nice product from this seller, as it was a nice price, and I will be buying so many more in the future! No such luck!

Upon delivery, one of the canvases had an indent in the center. Although, it was small enough to still be used but looked flawed after painting - I used the other canvas. The wood frames are sturdy but found the canvas not as tight as they needed to be. It would flex and bow too much during painting. I had to brush with light strokes so it wouldn't press/warp on the center cross beam.

Came damaged much like the other complaints but I figured ehh I’ll be nice...nope. And the clear wrapping around it is undamaged so I’m guessing it was damaged for even being sealed.

I am not a professional painter but I do my own projects on the side. I always order these canvases because 1) the value for both of them along with the quality is perfect, and 2) they always arrive on time and I have never had any issues.

There's a hole about the size of a sharpie through both canvases as if they were punctured - the package was intact so I don't think it happened in transit. Returning it takes too much since they're so large and cumbersome to carry (why I had them delivered in the first place) so I'm just out the price of them. They look well made otherwise, I just wish I could use them.
